6. Andrew Kessler
Andrew Kessler was an American professional skateboarder. He was involved in various efforts to create skateparks in Manhattan, California and other states, as well as in the Caribbean islands. In many cases, he was directly involved in the construction project, by hand building some elements of the skateparks. Kessler was stung by a wasp near Montauk, New York, while he was helping a friend get off drugs. The injury caused severe allergic reactions that led to his death in 2009.
