8. Claude Rains
Claude Rains or William Claude Rains was an English film and stage actor whose career spanned for nearly five decades. He received four Academy Award nominations as Best Supporting Actor in Notorious, Mr. Skeffington, Casablanca and Mr. Smith Goes to Washington. He is also known for memorable roles in Lawrence of Arabia and The Invisible Man. At the age of 77, Claude suffered abdominal hemorrhage and died in Laconia, New Hampshire.
