Sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Congonhas
The Sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Congonhas is located in Minais Gerais and is especially famous for its church that is a beautiful manifestation of Rococo architecture with an artistic Italian touch to it. Built in the late 18th century, the church boasts of seven very fascinating chapels, all bearing spectacular sculptures representing Baroque art.
