17. Chaco Culture
Situated in the south western region of United States, the Chaco Culture National Historic Park is known for the Chaco Canyon, Aztec Ruins National Monument and other protection sites that have heritage value. The place was the centre of activity in the pre-Columbian era and has some of the most architecturally beautiful and engineered buildings and complexes.
