6. Microscopes
The development of the microscope holds much importance as it fueled the development in medicine and science. The microorganisms which could not be seen with the naked eye were visible with the help of the microscope. The development of the microscope led to the identification of bacteria and diseases, which promoted the need of effective treatment. Thus the microscope led to the great medical discoveries which helped identify diseases and find cures.
