9. Moses Sithole (30 victims)
Moses Sithole is a South African serial killer, who attracted his potential victims by posing as businessman and offering them employment. He tried to gain their trust, offered to walk with them and strangled them. His actions caused a widespread panic throughout South Africa and it is believed that he had murdered more than 30 people. Sithole was arrested when he agreed for interview with a local journalist. The South African court sentenced him to 2,410 years of imprisonment for 40 cases of tapes and murder. Sithole is currently incarcerated at the maximum security prison in Praetorian, the C-Max.
