3. False Advertising
The producers of Budweiser, Anheuser-Busch didn’t know that the ads they were featuring for their beer could them in trouble. They ran an advertisement in which two beautiful women came in front of two truck drivers after they consumed the said beer. Believing the ad to be true, a truck driver in Michigan bought a case of beer drank it anticipating the materializing of the girls. However, no such thing happened. He filed a lawsuit against the company claiming that they had falsely advertised something that didn’t materialize.
