8. Panna Cotta


Panna cotta simply means cooked cream. There are a lot of variations and flavours but a simple panna cotta would be heating cream, milk and sugar together then mixing with gelatine and leaving to cool. It can be served with wild berries, caramel or chocolate.

The mixture itself could be flavoured with vanilla pods, coconut or even lemongrass. You can experiment with flavours so it can be served to compliment other aspects of your dessert.
