Leon: The Professional is widely considered as an intense and wonderful film. The Leon character is portrayed with incredible subtlety and just like other anti-heroes, Leon confronts bad government official, in this case, the crooked and wildly sadistic DEA agent played by Gary Oldman. As a protagonist, Leon tries to come to terms with his social dysfunctions, while struggling to survive in the violence-dominated society.
