6. A Clockwork Orange (1971)
Another Stanley Kubrick film that is well worth a look. This film focusses on Alex DeLarge who is jailed and volunteers for an experimental aversion therapy that the government claims will cure him. However, not everything goes quite according to plan.
He is programmed to detest violence and if he goes through the programme his sentence will be drastically reduced. When he eventually does get out, he has to face the streets he helped to create.
