This is a no-bullshit steak and burger joint run by two New Yorkers who take their beef seriously. The menu has been honed down over their three years in Prenzlauerberg to only the items they do best. From the selection of 17 succulent burgers we recommend The Jack, drenched in home-made blue cheese dressing. The burgers, described by one customer as “Jesus in burger form,” come piled with fries cut from fresh potatoes and home-made pickles. If you’re really in the mood for meat, The Bird imports their Black Angus steaks from the US. Get it in one of four generous cuts.
