You need to enter this frantic Pizzeria with a sense of zen calm to survive. It really is chaos incarnate but, trust us, the pizza is worth enduring the service for. The waiters here are comically rude and the interior isn’t anything to write home about but… the pizza, oh my, the pizza!
Everything here is cooked in stone ovens and the toppings are exceedingly good. It wouldn’t be exaggerating to say that this is some of the best pizza this side of Naples (Italy excluded) but you do have to work for it. Long waits, miscommunicated orders and surly staff are almost guaranteed. The crowds just keep on coming though, surely their unfaltering endurance is the best possible advert for their mouth-watering pizzas?
