Founded by fashion stylist Kirsten Hermann, Galerie für Moderne Fotografie is, as its name states, a gallery for fashion photography. Often overlooked as pure advertisements, fashion photography never gets its due, which is why Hermann decided that the work of many of her friends and colleagues deserves an exhibition space other than the archive and model look-books.
