No shortage of ambition or vision went into the concept for Dostrece. The combination of bar, restaurant and club is somehow complimentary, and conducive to a unique and enjoyable experience. The interior is commensurate to this grand project, varying greatly between rooms. The ground-floor bar has a sturdy but stylish simplicity, while the downstairs lounge conjures fairytale images of impossibly ornate Bedouin tents.
The bar staff has their craft down pat, serving up a broad range of cocktails with swift skill. The Mexican inspired menu offers surprisingly light and delicious dishes. And once you feel sufficiently digested, shake it all off at the end of the evening, dancing to DJs playing an eclectic and funky range of sounds.
All of this actually adds up to a pretty good deal, considering you can sample part of everything on offer with the group menu, starting at 25 Euros.
