Historic Centre of the Town of Diamantina
Diamantina, a colonial small town seems to be jewel built in the Rocky Mountains and was the main business center for diamond traders in the 18th century. This city’s success fully tells the story of human victory over the environment through its artistic town buildings. Due to the decline in mining after the 19th century, the town did not develop much and the old structure almost remains intact.
