Brazilian Atlantic Islands Fernando do Noronha and Atol das Rocas

The submarine ridge of Southern Atlantic forms the famous islands of Fernando do Noronha and Atol das Rocas. A large area of South Atlantic is covered by these islands. The water here is home to many species such as marine mammals, shark, turtles, and tuna. The vegetation here gives shelter to a number of tropical seabirds.
