The ship was fatally blown by an explosion caused by an Imperial Japanese Naval mine which was left during the World War II. While officials say that the ship only carry 2,150 people, there are other plenty of stowaways and crews not included in the manifesto. It is estimated that there are 2,150 people died from the accident.
