The Ten Commandments is an epic movie that highlighted the liberation of the Hebrew people from the control of the Europeans. The movie was directed by Cecil B DeMille who had earlier made a silent movie in 1923 with the same name. The Ten Commandments had great actors and a melodramatic style that made it a blockbuster movie of its times.
