7. Steven Soderbergh
Steven Soderbergh is a screenwriter, producer and film director from Atlanta, Georgia. Soderbergh is a prolific filmmaker and tackles his works with eclectic approaches. He was the youngest director to receive the Palme d’Or in the Cannes Film Festival for the Sex, Lies and Videotape. He shot seven film titles with George Clooney and founded the Section Eight, a film production company. Sometimes he used Peter Andrews or Mary Ann Bernard as pseudonym when working in the photography department.
