3. Cheddar Cheese
Real cheddar cheese comes from the town of Cheddar in Somerset. Cheddar Gorge, not far from the town has a number of caves which happen to be the perfect temperature and humidity for maturing cheese. It has a mellow flavour but some of the more mature cheeses can be really strong with a gorgeous nutty flavour that just melts in the mouth.
