8. Rhubarb Crumble
This is a simple dish of stewed rhubarb covered with crumble, which is made up of flour, butter and sugar. The crumble is formed by rubbing the three ingredients together until they resemble breadcrumbs. This mixture is then poured over the top of the rhubarb and baked. Traditionally served with custard, although it’s particularly good with ice cream too.
