Harlan Ellison, the noted American writer is mainly known for his writing on speculative fiction, a rather new kind of genre. He has to his credit more than 1,700 screenplays, stories, novels, essays and teleplays including critic writing for films, literature, and television. His works have won him several awards including the Edgars, Hugos and the Nebulas.
