5. Daveigh Chase and Kelly Stables (Samara in The Ring film series)
Samara Morgan is an eight years old girl, who has the ability to burn images into people’s mind and onto any surface (thoughtography). She is adopted by Richard and Anna Morgan, who live on Moesko Island, Washington. As Samara grows older, she nearly drives her adoptive mother mad with horrible images. Eventually, Anna pushes Samara into a well and commits suicide by jumping off a cliff. Samara dies seven days later inside the well. A few decades later, as new cabins are created near the well, Samara’s spirit burns images to blank VCR inside one of the cabins, starting the deadly 7-day curse. Samara kills her victims by crawling out of the TV set.
