This was the place where the phenomenon of bubble-netting was first studied. Humpback whales blow bubbles to herd fish into a tight circle before swallowing them. If you get lucky you can see whales hunting like this. Killer whales roam the entrance to the bay. It is easy to see dolphins and porpoises within the bay. June to early September is the best time to visit here.
