Princess Diana of Wales
During her life, Princess Diana of Wales spent a great deal of time to helping people throughout the world such as those suffering from AIDS and who have been disabled by landmines. She helped to change attitudes about people with AIDS including putting an end to the myth that a person can have AIDS through contact. Because of the pressure in her role as Princess as well as wife and mother, Princess Diana suffered both depression and bulimia during the years after her wedding to Prince Charles. The world was in awe with her and both the media and paparazzi constantly photographed her and commented on everything about her from clothes, to activities, to what she said—no wonder she never made a public disability application.
