Let Myself Still Enjoy Food

Eating can be a very pleasurable experience and sometimes we eat something because it tastes good. It is not just about providing the body with energy or getting your daily intake of a particular nutrient. While I would consider myself to have a very healthy diet, I still let myself eat for pleasure; if I go out to a restaurant, I know it is okay to get something a bit more decadent. I am thinking long-term about my health goals and eating habits ,and in the long run, indulging every once in awhile is okay. I do not feel guilty about it, or totally let my diet go off track because I feel like I cheated.
