3. The Cotswolds
This area covers six, beautiful and unspoiled counties: Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Bath & North East Somerset. There are plenty of beautiful little villages you can visit and even more places where you can go hiking and cycling.
The landscapes are beautiful with rolling hills, mountains, beautiful stone walls and farmland. There are plenty of dog friendly places you can stay and the area is also great if you are a keen horse rider.
