4. Spider-Man 2 (2004)
This film saw the introduction Doctor Octopus, a scientist who was bound to his mechanical tentacles after an experiment went wrong. He was always a staple in the comic and animated TV show and makes for a good villain because he’s so clever. (Although not so clever to have avoided an accident with mechanical tentacles.)
