2. Kim Philby
Regarded as the most prolific of the double agents during the Cold War, Kim Philby was a British spy. He was actually in control of the KGB of the Soviet Union. Although he earned the reputation of being the best British spy, he passed on secret information to the Soviet Union through the Soviet Embassy in Paris. The British were not able to prove anything against Kim although they had the inkling that he worked for the Russians.
