5. There’s Something About Mary (1998)
Shy 16-year-old Ted (Ben Stiller) has a prom date with Mary Jensen (Cameron Diaz) but fails to make the date as he had an unfortunate accident with his zipper. He’s taken to hospital and completely loses touch with Mary until thirteen years later when he hires a private detective to track her down.
