6. The Proposal (2009)
This film stars Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds as Margaret and Andrew. Margaret is disliked by her staff because she is pushy and unfriendly. Her visa expires and she learns that she is to be deported to Canada. She persuades her assistant Andrew to marry her so she can stay in America. They go to see an immigration officer and he tells them that he suspects them of committing fraud so Margaret can stay in the country.
