Gerald Eugene Stano or Paul Zeininger is a serial killer from the United States. Stano killed for the first time in New Jersey in 1969, when he was only 18. After failing to obtain his school diploma, Stano decided to skip college. During this period, he worked as a waiter and cook. His misdeeds finally ended in 1980, after Stano was arrested during a failed murder attempt. He was confirmed for the murder of 22 women, but the actual victim count may reach 41, after he gave detailed accounts of his atrocities. Stano was sentenced to death penalty and executed in electric chair on summer 1986.
