4. Kevin Spacey as Keyser Söze (The Usual Suspects)
What makes Keyser Söze so menacing is that we don’t know who he is during the whole movie, we just hear about his evil and cruel deeds. His description by the weak and timid Verbal Kint make him seem almost heroic, seeking revenge for the death of his family (of course it is Keyser who does the job). But he is no hero and his ability to manipulate people in any situation makes him a great villain.
