8. Knife in a Subway
A young New Yorker filed a suit against Subway stating that he had found a 7 inch knife in his bread. He told the court that although the knife did not cut him nor did he swallow it, but his complaint was because the knife had been dirty and filthy which caused food poisoning to him. He had to deal with severe issues of the stomach because of the knife.
