8. Diaplingi Tunnel, China
Diaplingi Tunnel in China is 7.6 mi. long and has the status of being one of the top ten longest tunnels in the world. The length of the right tunnel tube is 12290m while the left tube is 12286m long. The project started in 2005 and opened to public in 2008.
