2. The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (2003)
This film brought the Lord of the Rings trilogy to a close. It gives you more insight into Gollum and how he became the creature we see him as in the films. It also serves as a reminder as to how to ring can corrupt the most well-meaning of creatures. Frodo begins to struggle with his task while the rest of the fellowship head to Gondor to help fight off Sauron’s amassing forces.
