There is no doubt that the earthquake in Shaanxi was the deadliest earthquake in the history of mankind. The earthquake was so intense that there were an estimated 820,000 people who lost their lives. The earthquake instantly moved mountains and rivers that new hills and valleys were formed.

It is undeniable that earthquakes are very deadly and costly. Good thing that major earthquakes do not happe everyday. We must always be prepared as we do not know when an earthquake will happen.
