1. Yellowstone Caldera – United States
Perhaps the most dangerous of the active volcanoes is the Yellowstone Caldera volcano in the United States. It has the capability to produce an eruption which can be more than 1,000 cubic km. For this reason, it is considered as one of the super volcanoes which if erupts can lead to the eruption of other volcanoes causing the end of the world. The volcano erupts aprrx at 9 lac year intervals and with 40 thousand years already gone above that limit, it is expected that the volcano might erupt any time.
