There are estancias – or ranches all over the Pampas and they are usually open to the public. Villa Maria has 624 acres and is the height of luxury. Although it is only 50 kilometres outside of the city, you willneed a car to get to this most beautiful place. Although there are plenty of outdoor pursuits, gastronomy is a speciality here.
