Binna Burra Mountain Lodge (Eco Resort, Lamington National Park)

Binna Burra is a magnificent heritage listed Eco resort which offers a true Australian experience with nature. The premise has run since the early 1930’s and it has retained its original glamour and character.

The Binna Burra is situated 800 meters above sea-level in the midst of the sub-tropical rainforest of the Lamington National Park in the Gold Coast backwater and takes centre stage to some of the most spectacular natural features. Exposed escarpments, the Antarctic Beech forest, heathland and numerous bird species and wildlife inhabit the diverse ecosystem.

Binna Burra holds the prestigious status of being the first Australian premises to gain international recognition for its exemplary environmental performance and was awarded the Green Globe Certification.

Karijini Eco Retreat (Pilbara, Outback West Australia)

This resort offers luxurious and comfortable Eco tents in a craggy outback setting along with campsites that feature quality sharing facilities such as BBQ bush kitchens, new toilets and showers.

The facility is fully owned by the local Gumala Aboriginal Corporation, which represents the mutual interests of three Indigenous language groups; Innawonga, Niapiali and Bunjima of the Pilbara region.

Campsites — There are 82 campsites suitable for caravans, campervans and tents for guests who have a preference of carrying their own accommodation facilities. These sites are unpowered; however, generators are allowed to be used in the camping loops between 1600-2000 hours daily. The shared facilities include hot showers and flushing toilets.

Restaurant — After a day of exploration of the Karijini National Park, treat yourself to the delights offered at the fusion style restaurant. You could also try out the many chilled beverages at the licensed bar.
