There are a few things in life that are known for their obvious negative health consequences, such as smoking, binge drinking, and hard drug use. What is less acknowledged are some of the things that we do on a regular basis that seem to be benign at worse and even beneficial to our health when done regularly. Many would be surprised to find out that some of the behaviors we take for granted as healthy or normal to everyday life are actually risky behaviors that might lead to an increase in health risks.
