Sangria
Another party staple, sangria is a hodge podge of wine, brandy, fruit and (sometimes) added sugar. It’s not the worst thing you could drink since wine does have health benefits, but it’s hard to estimate its calorie count since no two recipes are the same.
Drink this instead: Champagne cocktail. Since champagne is 78 calories for 4 ounces, adding a splash of fruit juice will keep this drink around 100 calories total.
