Karin’s writing style was serious and tragic. She has to her credit several novels and poetry many of which had her symbolic style of writing bleak and tragic work. She opposed the totalitarian form of government and was depressed on the state of affairs. Giving in to her depression, she committed suicide by taking an overdose of sleeping pills.
