3. Raining blobs
In 1994 gelatinous blobs rained down from the sky in Oakville, Washington. It blanketed 20 miles and with it came a strange plague. Everyone in the town fell sick with flu-like symptoms. When people started to get better the blobs were analysed. They were made up of human white-blood cells. They also contained bacteria found in the human digestive system.
