6. Snake Milkers
I know, snakes do not have milk but snake milkers do not gather milk but instead the venom of the snake. In order to create antivenins, venom is needed to counteract the effect of other venom type. This job is a bit risky since there is always the chance of getting bit by the snake if you are not careful.
