5. Hampton Lillibridge House in Savannah, Georgia
Originally built in 1796 as a boarding house, it was bought in the sixties with the view to be restored. That when weird things started happening. Part of the roof collapsed, killing a worker. Visitors would hear strange voices and equipment would be thrown across the room. Even more sinister, builders would report a man in a black suit staring at them from inside the house.
