6. Devil’s Den in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania
This was one of the sites of the Battle of Gettysburg. A Union artillery was firing at a Confederate sharpshooter who was hiding behind some rocks. They later found a body and photographer Alex Gardner took a photo. It’s said he could’ve planted the body but whoever the man was in the photo, he’s now said to haunt that area.
Visitors to the area have trouble taking pictures and cameras have been known to unexpectedly die.
