3. Lee Harvey Oswald


Lee Harvey Oswald is the prime suspect of the assassination of John Fitzgerald Kennedy in 1963, according to results of two official investigations performed by the US government. Oswald served in USMC, defected to the Soviet Union and later returned to the United States. He strongly denied any involvement for the assassination. Two days after the incident, Oswald was brought by the county jail from the police station, after early investigation was concluded. During the transfer, Jack Ruby shot and killed Oswald on live television. The death of JFK remains a controversy and Oswald’s motive is still unknown today. He died at 24.
