3. Fregoli Delusion
The Fregoli Delusion is an exact opposite to the Capgras Delusion, in which sufferers hold a delusional believe that numerous individuals are actually a single person who is in disguise or can shape-shift. Fregoli Delusion was first documented in 1927 by a 27-year old woman who believed that she was stalked by an individual who had multiple appearances. People with this disorder also have problem replicating events, places and objects.
