9. Palace of Bubbles
The Palace of Bubbles or Palais Bulles represents the unusual ideas of Antti Lovag. Located 10 km outside Cannes and completed in 1989, the Palace of Bubbles overlooks the red cliffs of Esterel and the Mediterranean Sea. Ever since its completion, the building is a location for numerous late night parties. Although Palace of Bubbles is known visually for unusual design, another important aspect of the Palace of Bubbles is how it can be inhabited.
